Dominika earned her B.A. from the University of St. Thomas in Communication & Journalism and German. While at UST, she studied abroad in Turkey, participated in a VISION service trip to Venezuela, and performed in Greece with the UST choir. Following graduation, she interned at the Communication Department of the Office of Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton and has worked as an immigration paralegal since 2012 in both corporate and private settings. She works primarily on corporate immigration cases including H-1B and L-1 petitions and employment-based permanent residence applications. An immigrant herself, Dominika was born in Australia and speaks fluent Polish.
