Megan joined Davis & Goldfarb as an associate attorney in 2009. Prior to joining our firm, she was hired through the Attorney General’s Honors Program to serve as the Attorney Advisor for the Executive Office for Immigration Review at the Immigration Court in Bloomington , Minnesota . She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and her Bachelor’s degree from Creighton University.
Megan’s practice focuses on immigration litigation before the Immigration Court , Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. District Court, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She also represents families and individuals before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services on naturalization and adjustment of status cases. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Minnesota Women Lawyers (MWL). Megan speaks Spanish.
