Rosa Gaona

Rosa is the firm’s Senior Case Manager, with primary responsibility for complex waiver applications based on fraud, criminal conduct, unlawful presence, and related U.S. immigration violations. She has worked with our firm for 20 years after beginning her career with large Twin Cities law offices including Dorsey & Whitney, Leonard, Street & Deinard, and Lindquist & Vennum. Rosa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Portuguese from the University of Minnesota, speaks Spanish and Portuguese, and is also an accomplished professional singer.
