Teri earned her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and Bachelor’s degrees in Social Work and Criminal Justice from Indiana University. Before law school, she worked with survivors of violence at a shelter in south Florida and at the Monroe County Prosecutor’s Office in Indiana. During law school, Teri interned with the International Justice Mission in Uganda, the Office of DHS Chief Counsel in Minnesota, and The Advocates for Human Rights, and served as President of the Minnesota Justice Foundation, Secretary of the Immigration Law Society, and member of the Public Service Board.
Teri works primarily on extraordinary ability, intracompany transferee, and other employment-based immigration cases for corporations and individuals, as well as family-based, asylum, and waiver applications.
